If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 90 days of delivery. Returns must be in new, unwashed, and resalable condition to receive a full refund. Items returned to LAX SO HARD® that do not meet the above requirements will be assessed a restocking fee at our discretion. The return of defective, mislabeled, or incorrect items must be authorized by a customer service representative, and be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels, and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND All items that are returned for a refund will have the credit applied to the original form of payment (Credit Card, Paypal, etc..) unless requested otherwise. Once your return shipment is received at our warehouse, it is processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow another 2-4 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or be applied to your Paypal balance. RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE You can also return your items in exchange for other items. Assuming the items you are requesting are in-stock, we usually get the exchange shipment out with 2-4 days upon receiving your items.
